I got a couple of emails and one comment so far today from blog readers who were very disappointed that I did a contest last Friday that was closed by Sunday. Those blog readers who check me out at work or during the week, but not on the weekends, were excluded.
I'm the least planny-aheady person you'll ever meet. Um, if you don't believe me, read some of my past blog entries. I'm more of a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants type gal, and look where that's gotten me...I have 25 hens, 2 roosters, three dogs, several hundred thousand bees, a snake, and some fish that I'm scared of. And an eight year old.
Yep, all unplanned.
Just kidding, Q! I'm up for mother of the year...I'll just go make a deposit in Q's therapy fund now.
So I understand where you're coming from & I'm going to help you plan ahead...
As an apology, I'm giving everyone a heads-up that I will be doing a contest again this coming Friday (3/6) for a chance to win some of my pottery. I'd rather give it away than move it into storage and/or to our new home. Giving my pottery to you decreases my chances of breaking it somewhere in our moves.
So, check back on Friday morning...I'll make sure I do the contest in such a way that those of you who can't make it here over the weekend can participate, at least through Monday/Tuesday of the next week.

I suppose it wouldn't fly if I said I was disappointed that you ran a contest and "I DIDN'T WIN".
Well, it was worth a shot. :)
I won't enter this contest because as your sister I think it gives me an unfair advantage. However, if you want to give me some of your china, I'll take it!
